Do you offer a warranty on your electric bikes?
Yes, every bike comes with a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty that covers the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. The bike must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles recorded on the odometer to qualify for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Can I ride my e-bike in the rain?
Our e-bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or storing the bike outdoors in heavy rain.
