At American Express E-Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our performance electric cycles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ride isn't the perfect fit, you can return your e-bike in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the E-Bike
Ensure the e-bike is clean and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging, including the battery, charger, keys, and all documentation.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized freight carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
